The following rules apply in case of late check-outs:
- For late check-outs until 6:00 pm, 50% of the room rate is charged
- for late check-outs after 6:00 pm, 100% of the room rate is charged.
The following rules apply in case of children staying with parents:
- No additional charge for up to one child under 12 years of age, sharing a room with parents without an extra bed
- Baby cot is available free of charge, upon request.
Cancellations should be intimated at least three days before arrival date. If not, one night's room charge will be levied.
For bookings from four nights upwards, cancellations should be intimated at least seven days before the arrival date. If not, 100% of the total room nights will be charged.
