The following rules apply in case of late check-outs:
- For late check-outs between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm, 50% of the room rate is charged
- for late check-outs after 6:00 pm, 100% of the room rate is charged.

- extra bed is unavailable for twin rooms in the Standard category. The extra bed rate is inclusive of one breakfast

The following rules apply in case of cancellations:
- Inform at least 10 days before the date of arrival to incur no cancellation charges
