"What a pleasant surprise. A wonderful experience at any price. The only small change we would make is that the beds have a top and bottom sheet instead of just doona as this is too hot for some people. Apart from that we had a wonderful stay at the Orchid Hotel and will recommend it to friends.

"This is the best place with the best staff; you are welcomed by everyone and all your needs are promptly met. It is the best bargain of all the places we have stayed on our three weeks in Vietnam. With the money you save on the hotel bill, go to the $15 per person buffet at the Imperial for the best meal in town and then go to the top and take in the view of the wonderful town."

"It is a great experience at Orchid Hotel with my hubby when we are there for a wedding shoot . The staff have been very helpful and friendly. We have a great journey to Hue's attraction drove by their driver as well. It had really make a memorable wedding shoot for us, our photographer and artist. We will definitely recommend our friends back home... cheers :)"

"Our stay at the Orchid Hotel was very pleasant. The (family) room was big, clean and very well equipped, certainly not common for hotels in this or even higher budgets. The staff were the most friendly people during our stay in Hue, absolutely professional, nice, friendly and polite. We regret having had the chance to stay for one night only but will certainly return to the hotel whenever in Hue again. 5 stars for the room, the interior design, the staff, services, facilities and the breakfast. Very well situated, perfume river, restaurants and bars in walking distance. Excellent!"
