- After 6:00 pm, 100% of the room rate is charged.

- Cancellations should be made at least 4 days before the check-in date. If not, the first night's room charge will be levied.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the arrival date, or no-shows, incur a 100% charge of the total room nights booked.
